- choose your executors and beneficiaries
- decide how much of your assets are to be given to each of your beneficiaries
- state specifically what will be inherited by your chosen beneficiaries
If you die without a valid Will :
- your assets will be distributed in accordance with the laws of intestacy

c) Appoint Guardians for your children
A Will allows you to appoint guardians to look after the welfare and upbringing of your children who are below 21 years of age.
